Bonsai – Exotic Choices
The majority of bonsai artists are content with the more common coniferous, deciduous, or fruit trees when creating their bonsai tree collection. But, more exotic bonsai varieties are available that permit the bonsai gardener to challenge his or her skills.
One superb alternative to the classical bonsai is Wisteria, a native of China, Japan, and Korea. In the wild, Wisteria can reach 30 feet or more in size. However, since Wisteria doesn’t conform to any of the normal bonsai styles, forming them into a bonsai can be an interesting challenge.
The Wisteria flowers are both aromatic and beautiful and come in a variety of colors, including blue, purple, pink, and white. Blossoming in the Spring, they need lots of water with sufficient drainage and they do well in any where from full sun to partial shade. Just before they blossom in the spring, you should provide them with a good amount of fertilizer, and once again in late summer before they drop their leaves.
Another option is Orange Jasmine which will provide a delight to the nose and beauty to the eye. Orange Jasmine bears a bright red fruit and fragrant, white blossoms.
Feed Orange Jasmine every three to four weeks starting in early spring and continuing through mid-autumn. Only light watering is adequate for most of the year, with slightly more required in the hotter summer season.
Because they generally grow better in moderate shade or filtered sun, Orange Jasmine is one of the few bonsai that can, and should be raised indoors.
The Mimosa tree, also occasionally known as silk trees due to their long silky filaments, provide another good choice. They are as fragrant as both of the two choices mentioned above and their puffy flowers and lacy foliage are also quite lovely.
The Mimosa’s flowers bloom in late April to early July and moderate water should be given during the blooming season. However, you should avoid getting water on the flowers because, much like a number of other flowering plants, the flowers will quickly deteriorate when wet.
If you choose to cultivate a Mimosa, it will be one of the larger bonsai in your collection since they have large leaves, grow rapidly, and are difficult to maintain at a very small size. So be sure to give then adequate room in your display area.
Another non-traditional bonsai is the Desert Rose. The Desert Rose can turn what would be an ordinary bonsai collection into one full of color and excitement. It is a native of East Africa and in the wild can grow up to 10 feet tall, producing large, pink, trumpet-bowl flowers.
The Desert Rose should be kept outside most of the year as they need plenty of sunshine and lots of fresh air. With their very bushy growing habit, they will make a good design complement to the many traditional bonsai in your collection.
However, the Desert Rose is sensitive to cold, so they should be brought indoors in cold climates or during periods of cold weather as they will not thrive in temperatures below 10C (50F). With temperatures in the 10C-15C (50F-60F) range, they will lie dormant and healthy and during this period they will require very little water.
You should try your hand at some of these exotic beautiful and fragrant flowering plants to extend your horizon and further develop your bonsai gardening skills. They provide a nice contrast when placed among some of the more standard evergreens, such as, firs, pines, and junipers. Additionally, as they lose their leaves in the fall and bloom in the spring, you’ll have an interesting ever-changing display.

In addition, hundreds of organizations are committed to finding new energy resources. Accordingly, the use of solar power has been applied to a wide range of solar power systems and its most important elements is the solar panel.
There is a growing worldwide concern about the use of non-polluting home made solar energy sources.
Additionally, solar power systems which are ready-to-use enable people to pay less money for electricity bills. Nevertheless, solar power assets may be costly. Therefore, many people have decided to build their own solar power equipment by using elements bought from an electrical store. Advantages and Disadvantages of Working from Home
Working from home is becoming more and more fashionable. I work from home and I adore it. I don’t think I could ever toil at a factory again, but I must face the possibility that I may have to move my enterprise into commercial premises if it keeps growing like it has in the last few months. Even if parts of my enterprise get relocated, I’ll try to stay at home myself as much as I can.
Times are changing and working from home, particularly for the self-employed or contract employees is becoming more common. It is pointless paying rent for commercial premises if they are not required. Working from home has many advantages.
You can work back late without getting into strife with your family. You can “drop into the office” anytime you like. You can get up really early if the mood takes you and put in a few hours work then go back to bed. But as a massage therapist, there is one feature I really like, all the tax deductions!
You can claim some of your household running expenses on your tax return. Based on the floor area used for business purposes, you can claim a portion of your mortgage interest, insurance, rates, water, electricity, maintenance and the bulk of your telephone bill as well as depreciation on the carpets, curtains, computer equipment and so on. At the end of the financial year you will be surprised by the list of deductions.
You will also save on travel costs, wear and tear on your car and more importantly wear and tear on you, having not to deal with peak hour or public transport. Not to mention picking up approximately an extra one to two hours per day of work when you don’t have to travel.
There is a downside to working from home. The first problem is family distractions. Kids home from school at three o’clock, a friend at the front door, phone calls for other members of the family.
You also may not have the perfect workspace, or space may be limited. Work space is vitally important, you must have an area set aside purely for business, nothing else, just business. I have found that it’s best also if you can close the door on the weekends and at the end of the day so you can “leave work”.
I think many of the attitudes of people that working from home is “unprofessional” have lapsed into history. The number of major companies that allow their workers to work from home via computers has increased enormously in recent years. “Outsourcing” has become a commonly used term and this has brought about a spate of self-employed former employees, most of them working from home.
The other problem that many people working from home suffer is motivation and discipline. You must start work everyday just as you would if you were employed by someone else.

Clever Food Ideas For Kids Parties
One of the most important details in your child’s birthday party will be the food. Children get very hungry running around and playing. It is not unusual for the children to look forward to the food more than the party itself! Everyone knows that birthday parties mean sweets, cake, lots of food, and jumping castles!
You can offer a great spread of food without spending a fortune. Children will be satisfied with the simplest of finger foods and snacks, and will most likely be looking forward to the dessert! Some good finger foods for children are hot dogs, chicken drumsticks, pizza and mini hamburgers. You do not need to offer a full course meal, as children are normally happier with flexibility when they are having fun. Offering a table laden with things to munch on will suffice, and they can eat as and when they are feeling hungry.
You can also offer healthier snacks on the table, such as cheese sticks. Fresh fruit is also very attractive and delicious too. The biggest part of the meal planning is the birthday cake. If the cake is very large, do not provide too many other sweets as the children may not eat the cake. It is always a party staple to have bowls of chips, sweets and marshmallows sitting around for the kids to eat on a whim. Another good, affordable dessert is ice cream. To be safe always get vanilla and chocolate to cater for differing tastes. If you have hired a jumping castle, ensure that you do not allow any children to eat on them. Most jumping castles hiring companies will want their inflatable returned in the same condition it was in before.
You can even alter the food spread in accordance with your theme. If your party is for a girl all the goods can be pink, and for a boy, blue. Sometimes, you don’t even need to change the food, but the paper plates and table decorations will bring through the theme sufficiently.

Your CRM needs need to meet the individual requirements of each company. There are many factors you need to consider when choosing your CRM solution but not are all equal in value and you will need to determine the importance of all ten items. Different size businesses are going to have different scales of importance.
Always give attention to both the technology and business objectives. Too often business objectives get forgotten about and the technology gets too much attention. Remember this is an equal partnership and rather than the business fitting the software the software needs to fit the business.

Is there a hair loss treatment for women anywhere in the world?
The answer is in using a more gentle drug than the one prescribed to men. If you’ve looked around at any reviews or Provillus you may have noticed there’s a version for women. Wonderful Brussels – Heart of the European Union
Often featured in the media as the seat of government of the European Union (EU), Brussels is much more than a city of bureaucrats. It is a meeting point all the diverse cultures in Europe, and exudes a unique multicultural energy.
Brussels is not only the heart of the EU. The Belgian capital is a diverse and stunning city in its own right, a town rich in history and full of places to see. Designated the cultural capital of Europe in 2000, Brussels is no mere town of faceless bureaucrats. It has its own story to tell.
A stronghold in the middle of a river.
The name Brussels (Bruocsella) is first documented in the year 966. It means “chapel in a swamp”, and likely refers to its position on the Senne River. The settlement itself had probably been founded between three and four hundred years earlier. The earliest stronghold on Brussels Island dates back to around the end of the tenth century.
Central Brussels.
The story of Grand Place (in French, or Grote Markt in Dutch), the town square located at the centre of Brussels, leads us on a trip through the city’s history. Grand Place was created as a market and business square, but soon attracted the trade guilds and city officials.
They erected palacial guildhalls and government buildings as evidence of their power and affluence, Brussels became one of Europe’s most important trading and financial centres during the High Middle Ages and would remain so until 1695, when French cannons bombed the city for three days, levelling Grand Place and reducing much of the city to dirt and ashes. It was rebuilt fairly quickly, and the guildhalls that currently stand on Grand Place bear witness to the city’s renewal.
Grand Place remains a favourite meeting point for residents and tourists alike. Many of its countless restaurants, cafes and taverns are open around the clock.
Brussels city hall.
The Hotel de Ville (Brussels city hall), completed in 1450, is an architectural crown even among the grandiose guildhalls and buildings around it. Its facade was one of the few structures to survive the French bombardment of 1695. With its 96-metre-tall tower topped by a gilded statue of St. Michael and the dragon, the Hotel de Ville is Brussels’ most known landmark, visible from every part of the historic old city.
A different kind of city emblem.
Most visitors to Brussels consider the statue called Manneken Pis (literally, “the boy peeing”) at the corner of the Rue de l’Etuve and Rue des Grands Charmes to be the symbol of Brussels. Just who the little boy in this work by sculptor Heironimus Dusquesnoy is supposed to represent remains an unsolved mystery. In any case, the cheeky lad is certainly one of the city’s main visitor attractions. Meanwhile, his girl counterpart, the Jeanneken Pis, can be discovered at the end of a cul-de-sac called Impasse de la Fidelite just off La Grand Place. The habitants of [the city|Brussels} have always been in favour of equal rights, and if that meant commissioning a statue of a similarly brazen little girl, so be it. The statue was dedicated in 1987.
The giant molecule.
The 102-metre-high Atomium is another favourite installation in Brussels. It began its existence as an exhibition hall built for the 1958 Worlds Fair. It represents an iron molecule, magnified 165 thousand million times. The tubes connecting the nine atomic particles are actually conduits containing escalators and walkways.
Due to its use of futuristic materials and non-traditional design, it has long been considered both an architectural masterpiece and an impressive piece of grand monumental sculpture.
Within, the Atomium still houses the occasional exhibition on topics related to nuclear technology, aeronautics, astronomy and meteorology. Inside the uppermost sphere is a restaurant that affords a beautiful view of the entire city.
